Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain company issued pallet jack license.
• Preferred experience in shipping and receiving within a production setting.
• Preferred poultry or food processing industry experience.
• Able to work in a plant environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operates an electronic or hand operated pallet jack between departments, buildings, and grounds.
• Collects and delivers materials while adhering to safety procedures.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and orderly and follows safety regulations.
• Completes daily and weekly reports and participates in team meetings.
