Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in White, GA 30184 to load and unload pallets and move materials to support production. 1-3 years of forklift experience is required; previous warehouse, logistics, lumber, or construction background is strongly preferred. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; pay is $18.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Warehouse/logistics or construction experience preferred.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable in labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all plant personnel in mind.
