48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Lubbock, TX to load and unload pallets, move materials inside the plant, and support production efficiency in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, the ability to work overtime, and reliable communication. You’ll join a team dedicated to safe, steady operations and on-time pallet management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Prior work in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry or construction preferred.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
