48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Lancaster, TX warehouse to move pallets and support production. You will operate Relogistics forklift equipment, sort pallets by hand, and perform pallet repairs as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, 1-3 years of forklift experience, and the ability to work overtime in a labor-intensive environment while maintaining safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
