Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC in Westborough, MA is hiring a Pallet Repairer for a high-volume, piece-rate role. You’ll repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood, earning based on how many you complete each shift. This 1st shift runs 7:00am–3:00pm Monday to Friday.

You’ll handle nail guns, stack pallets for forklift movement, and follow safety procedures to maintain quality across a large output. A strong emphasis on safety and detail, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Past experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Overview

As a Pallet Repairer, you’ll get to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill all of our customers’ needs! This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more money you make!

Hourly Pay:

$17.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred

• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
