Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC in Irving, TX is hiring a Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This is a piece-rate role with hourly base pay of $17.00 plus the piece rate. 1st shift Monday–Friday 6:00am–1:30pm.

You will receive wood, assemble pallets, stack finished goods for forklift movement, and follow safety procedures. Candidates need a HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs regularly.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Job description

As a Pallet Repairer, you’ll get to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill all of our customers’ needs! This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more money you make!

Hourly Pay:

$17.00/hr + Piece Rate

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 1:30pm

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred

• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
