Job summary

Relogistics Services is seeking a Pallet Repairer in Westborough, MA. In this role, you will build and repair wooden pallets, working on a piece-rate basis where your earnings are based on the number of pallets repaired.

Job description

As a Pallet Repairer, you’ll build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill our customers’ needs. This is a piece‑rate position: the more pallets you repair, the more you earn.

Hourly Pay
$17.00/hr

Shift
1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble it with a nail gun along set stringers
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate zones
• Follow company safety procedures to protect yourself and others
• Maintain high quality standards while keeping high production volume

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing preferred
• Quick hands, strong attention to detail, commitment to quality
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Work Environment

• Work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and airborne particles
• Repetitively lift 50‑75 pounds and perform bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing for entire shifts
• Environmental noise level varies by location
• Personal Protective Equipment required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Vision requirements: close, distance, and color vision
