Pallet Services, Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking a proactive pallet repair/build specialist. Experience with pallet repair, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and safe use of hand and power tools is valued. The role emphasizes safety and quality, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 6am–2:30pm hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pallet repair or building is highly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility or a similar setting is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial, particularly the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively using hand tools and power tools is essential.
• A keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work are important.
• Openness to learning new skills and adapting to evolving production demands is necessary.
