Job summary

Lennox International in Longmont, CO is hiring for a Warehouse/Production Helper to support material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will move, stage and supply materials to machine operators and assembly lines, keeping areas stocked and safe throughout shifts.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus overtime. Candidates should have a High School diploma, forklift certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 10-hour days and weekends as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials to production and assembly areas.
• Keep workstations stocked to support daily operations.
• Move finished goods and inventory as needed.
• Stack and load materials onto pallets or racks.
• Transport materials between warehouse and production using forklift.
• Verify deliveries with work orders and documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Support other departments during peak periods.
