Job summary

Pete & Gerry's is seeking a Pallet Builder to palletize finished cartons, inspect final cartons, and monitor date codes per customer requirements. Duties include staging materials, changing tape, labeling, and keeping areas clean and safe.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in fast-paced manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced processing/manufacturing environment preferred.

• Extended periods of standing and walking (10+ hours).
• Frequent bending and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Stage materials for daily production including pallets, cardboard and pallet trays.
• Palletize boxes per customer label.
• Monitor date codes on finished cartons per requirements.
• Keep work area neat and clean; assist with end of day cleanup.
• Inform team leaders of shortages per daily production plan.
