Job summary

Pallet Builder at Pete and Gerrys Organics LLC will stage materials, palletize finished cartons, and perform final inspections. You will monitor date codes and ensure cartons meet customer requirements in a fast-paced food processing setting.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and prior manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced processing or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stage materials for daily production, including pallets, cardboard, and pallet trays.
• Palletize boxes per customer label and ensure neat stacking.
• Inspect finished cartons and perform final quality checks.
• Monitor date codes on finished cases per customer requirements.
• Inform leaders of shortages and assist with rework or waste decisions.
• Support labeling, waste cleanup, and general housekeeping.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and workplace safety rules.
