Job summary

Infosys DNA seeks a Domain Project Lead 1 to drive analytics initiatives across data platforms and utility domains. You will coordinate timelines, align technical teams with client needs, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all project phases.

Key focus areas include advisory work on domain-specific product evaluation, and designing analytics solutions using Spark, Snowflake and Palantir technologies. Some travel or relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir Data Foundry and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Grid Modernization, CPUC regulatory practices and public safety power initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and implement analytics models and solutions.
• Experience with Spark, Snowflake and Hadoop ecosystems.
• Ability to evaluate data warehouse requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prepare data warehouse design and architecture reports.
• Capable of monitoring system performance and implementing improvements.
• Ability to guide developers on reporting requirements and ETL processes.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Palantir Data Foundry, Ontology, PySpark, Typescripting
• Knowledge in Transmission & Distribution domain, especially in the field of Grid Modernization, CPUC Regulatory, Public Safety Power Shutdown etc.
• Experience in Design, Develop and implement effective Analytics solutions and models with Palantir
• Experience in Design, Architecture and implement Analytics solutions and models using technologies including, but not limited to - Spark, Snowflake and Hadoop
• Examine and identify Datawarehouse structural necessities by evaluating business requirements
• Assess Datawarehouse implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations
• Prepare accurate Datawarehouse design and architecture reports for management and executive teams
• Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features
• Recommend solutions to improve new and existing application solutions
• Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner
• Guidance to developers in preparing functional/technical specs to define reporting requirement and ETL process

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be:

Rosemead, CA: $96,713 to 132,661
