Job summary

Infosys DNA in Atlanta seeks a Technology Consultant 3 to lead data and analytics initiatives, shape designs, and guide deployment across complex projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and ensure robust delivery.

In this role, you will work with Snowflake, dbt, Talend, and GitHub to implement modern data pipelines, validate designs with prototypes, and mentoring teams for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; acceptable alternative of 3 years progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience leading data and analytics projects with strong technical PM skills.
• Experience with data engineering, Snowflake data warehousing, and cloud data transformation.
• Experience with enterprise data modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents from client workshops to baseline functional and non-functional needs.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs; validate via prototypes and feedback.
• Develop complex software applications and establish coding standards with the team.
• Create comprehensive testing strategies aligned with requirements.
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and new applications.
• Coordinate system rollouts to minimize disruption and meet schedules.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and propose sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge bases to ensure critical information is documented.
• Support tool selection and contribute to technology roadmaps and proposals.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill And Experience

• Led Technical Project Management initiatives across data and analytics projects.
• Specialized in Data Engineering and scalable data solutions.
• Experienced in Snowflake implementation, optimization, and data warehousing.
• Enabled Cloud Data Transformation and enterprise data modernization programs.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, performance tuning, and database management.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Talend Data Integration (ETL) development.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with Snowflake Cortex for AI/ML‑powered analytics, data insights, and intelligent data applications.
• Proficiency in dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, testing, documentation, and analytics engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub for version control, code collaboration, CI/CD integration, and deployment workflows.
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot/Duo to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and automation practices.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
