Landscape Structures Inc. in Delano, MN is seeking a dependable loader to place parts onto the assembly line, matching sales orders, colors, and criteria. You will read color labels, keep pace with line speed, and ensure loads are water-free.

The role requires teamwork, reliable attendance, and the ability to handle up to 50 pounds when needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read prints.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
