The essence of the painter/primer's role is to paint all items going through the powder coat booth, while keeping a high-quality standard.

Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.
• Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.
• Good working knowledge of powder coat application.
• Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.

QUALIFICATIONS

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
