Job summary

Five Star Painting is seeking a Production Manager in the Wexford area to coordinate residential and commercial painting projects through scheduling, and installation stages. You will serve as the communication hub among homeowners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion and quality.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard business software.

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with standard business software and spreadsheets.
• Professional appearance and proactive team player.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned projects on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate painting projects from estimate to completion.
• Prepare operation plans in consultation with homeowners, architects, contractors.
• Solicit painting subcontractors and manage crew-to-estimator ratios.
• Coordinate other trades such as pressure washing, carpenters, stucco repair.
• Lead meetings and ensure document control and recordkeeping.
• Ensure accurate estimates and job costing; facilitate weekly payroll reports.
• Guide project to completion to ensure proper close-out.
