Job summary

Five Star Painting of Wexford is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager to coordinate residential and light commercial painting projects from estimate to completion. You will be the primary liaison among homeowners, architects, contractors, and the painting crews, ensuring schedules stay on track and budgets are respected.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling, subcontracts and change orders, safety meetings, and accurate documentation in our systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience; 5 years preferred.
• Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong communication with homeowners, architects, contractors and crews.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs and delivering quality.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate painting projects from estimated to completed.
• Generate operation plans in close consultation with homeowners, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders as needed.
• Lead safety meetings and document as necessary; maintain records and documentation.
• Facilitate weekly owner payroll reports and ensure accurate estimates and job costing.
