Position Overview – Industry: Painting; Employment Type: Full-Time; Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year; Location: On-site at our Production Department in Minneapolis, MN; Functions: Project Management, Production Coordination, Accounting, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple subcontractor crews simultaneously, ensuring project quality and timely completion.
• Closely monitor budgets to maintain required profit margins.
• Provide real‑time project updates to the owner, customers, and stakeholders using dedicated software.
• Organize the painting schedules aligning crew availability with customer preferences.
• Lead the customer journey from initial meetings, site visits, quality checks to final project reviews.
• Review new projects from estimators and allocate them to suitable crews.
• Engage with subcontractors to negotiate prices aligning with our profitability standards.
• Perform quality checks on job sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate positive relationships, encouraging Google reviews, customer testimonials, and referrals.
• Secure final payments upon project completion.
