Job summary

Fit and Finish AZ is seeking a hardworking Lead Painting Foreman to oversee residential and commercial painting projects. You will supervise a crew, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.

  • Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques.
  • Experience with drywall repair, surface preparation, and finishing work.
  • Ability to read work orders and follow project instructions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage crews and keep projects on schedule.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine project specifications.
  • Schedule deliverables and milestones and ensure progress.
  • Estimate costs and keep project within budget.
  • Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers.
  • Report on progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Previous experience as a Lead role.
  • Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of building methods, products, and codes.
  • Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
  • Ability to break large projects into small steps.
