Standard Iron Alexandria is seeking an entry-level Paint/Wash/Assembly Worker to join our contract manufacturing team. You will perform painting, washing, and assembly tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. No prior experience is required; we provide training.

This on-site role offers competitive pay of $22 per hour, generous benefits, and a 1st shift schedule Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We value safety, respect, pride in work, and continuous improvement, with opportunities

Your Role:

As a Paint/Wash/Assembly Worker, you’ll handle a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Painting, Washing, & Assembly: Working with different parts to prepare and assemble finished products.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Staying on top of tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Independent Work: Being a self-starter who can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical Stamina: Lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
