This regional role would be responsible for Harmony's senior living communities located in the state including Lorton and Chester to name a couple. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role requires frequent travel and a proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications, utilizing knowledge of color theory
• Read and interpret schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the painting process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
