Harmony Senior Services in Roanoke, VA seeks an experienced Painter to service its senior living communities across Virginia. This regional role requires traveling to sites from Lorton to Chester and delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional painting experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A valid driver's license is required and a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a professional painter.
• Valid state Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications, utilizing knowledge of color theory.
• Read and interpret schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Job Description

This regional role would be responsible for Harmony's senior living communities located in the state including Lorton and Chester to name a couple.

As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role requires frequent travel and a proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
