Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practices.
• Proficient with brush and roller application.
• Reliable transportation to job sites daily.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Comfortable on ladders and in active job sites.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. and performing tasks all day.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial painting projects.
• Complete surface preparation: sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, cleaning.
• Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicable.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Protect customer property and finished surfaces.
• Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and supervisors.
• Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Complete assigned work within expected timeframes.
