• Proficient with brush and roller application.
• Reliable transportation to job sites daily.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Comfortable on ladders and in active job sites.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. and performing tasks all day.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
