Education / Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate. Three years of trade experience as a painter.
State/Federal Mandated Licensure or Certification Requirements: None
Bristol Hospital Mandated Educational Requirements: General orientation at time of hire. Fire/Safety/Infection Control annually. Other programs as mandated by Hospital.
Special Requirements: Detailed knowledge of painting, refinishing, and related work; general knowledge of other trades.
Physical Requirements: Extended standing, reaching, bending and walking. Frequent lifting of medium to heavy objects.
Work Environment: External and internal elements such as dirt, paint fumes, dust and some toxic elements. Exposure to heat and cold.
Cognitive Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers.
