Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance painting and routine service requests across our community grounds, buildings, and apartments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance painting as assigned.
• Complete routine maintenance requests efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of painter experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and code compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
