Job Skills / Requirements

General Responsibilities:

The person in this role will perform routine maintenance duties including painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs based on the scope of work on job site assigned to, by performing the following duties:

Schedule:

• On-call
• Sunday - Thursday
• 8 PM - 4:30 AM
• Will travel to multiple locations

Pay: $25 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Preventative maintenance
• Painting / patching interior walls and doors
• Respond to building requests as needed.
• Checking light fixtures
• Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 35-80lbs, carry 20-50 lbs, as needed.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Requires the ability to perform tasks while on a ladder, expose to various climates from extreme heat to extreme cold.
