Responsibilities:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the physical property and furnishings to luxury standards.
• Cleaning and touching up painted surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Maintaining brushes and rollers in good condition.
• Completing all work safely and thoroughly.
• Using safety precautions with tools, chemicals, and equipment.
• Completing projects timely.
• Keeping a clean and organized work area.
• Conducting oneself professionally to reflect Four Seasons standards.
• Following payroll and uniform procedures.
• Reporting accidents immediately.
• Maintaining good relationships with colleagues.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
