Role Overview: These associates will be responsible for painting all units and vehicles for delivery to the end customer. The successful candidate will have automotive painting knowledge, good hand-eye coordination, and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in automotive painting will be considered in lieu of experience.
• Knowledge of automotive painting, including spraying high-pressure automotive body sealant and bed coatings.
• Proven skills in finish painting, mixing paints, and proficiency with paint guns (electrostatic preferred).
• Skills in sanding and automotive paint preparation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shift required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of automotive bodywork is helpful.
