Responsibilities

• Maintains and performs preventative maintenance painting on buildings interior and exterior.
• Applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect surfaces.
• Erects scaffolding or ladders and follows safety procedures.
• Hangs wallpaper and plaster walls and finishes as required.
• Inspects work sites and transports materials to the site and notifies foreman of needs.
