Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Painter / General Maintenance Technician to paint, maintain, and repair surfaces across the facility. This role covers building surfaces, furniture, rooms, and equipment, and involves plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks. Two to three years of related maintenance experience is preferred.

Must be available for weekends, holidays, and both AM/PM shifts. Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of documented work experience directly related to maintenance activities.
• Must have AM and PM availability.

• Demonstrated proficiency in hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Paint, maintain and repair painted, wall-covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structures, rooms, furniture and equipment throughout the facilities.
• Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques and tools including measuring, applying spackle and plaster, mixing paint and using brushes, rollers and spray guns.
• Install and repair wall coverings including vinyl paper, fabric and foil wall coverings.
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood and masonry surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering.
• Manage related supply inventory.
• Additional duties as assigned.
