Position Summary

Assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining the physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in accordance with policies and regulations, following health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work safely and as scheduled

Experience

• Experience in maintenance, environmental services, or related trades preferred
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus but not required
