The salary range for this position is $24.00 -$28.00 depending on experience.

This is how you WOW:

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in all Paint Line Operator I, II, and III areas.
  • Read and understand engineering drawing, process sheets, work instructions, verbal instructions regarding work assignments.
  • Document and standardized work processes
  • Basic use of all inspection tools such as Calipers and other measuring devices.
  • Train all new employees in every production run.
  • Able to identify all materials used in producing metal components for every part produced.
  • Able to train employees on startup and shutdown machines and make program changes.
  • Train employees in machines and procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working area.
  • Work on developing processes for all new operations.
  • Manage workload and effectively use available resources to meet production requirements.
  • Schedule daily work.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 5 years’ related experience required
  • Be proficient with operating equipment including scissor-lift platforms, control panels, weight scales, and stand-up forklift.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to apply leadership skills to an everyday work environment.
  • Able to handle conflict management.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
