Requirements

• Experience: At least 4 years of professional painting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Expertise in various painting techniques, color matching, and surface preparation. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Physical Ability: Capable of physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
