Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, floors, woodwork, stucco and masonry for interior and exterior facilities.
• Install, finish and patch drywall and stucco walls; apply paints and finishes with rollers, brushes and sprayers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, accurate records of inspections and maintenance.
• Update equipment documentation, logs and drawings as needed.
• Respond to emergencies to mitigate safety concerns and review blueprints for new projects.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, staff, faculty and students.
