Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with painting or powder coating.
• Ability to read drawings and inspect work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Follow established procedures to minimize rework and scrap.
• Prepare parts for painting or powder coating by sanding or masking.
• Apply paint or protective coatings to various sized parts using a spray gun.
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
• Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Uphold the company core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
