Job summary

Qualifications

• Painter II requires 1 year of painting/finishing experience; Painter III requires 2 years and project management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Paint, stain, and apply finishes using appropriate tools.
• Mask surfaces with tape/paper, drop cloths, and protect surroundings.
• Perform surface prep and minor repairs (patching, wall base).
• Maintain a clean workspace and complete work orders; log time daily.
