This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previousexperience in manufacturingworking with painting or powder coating
  • Experience with HVLP or conventional spray guns
  • Experience using calipers and measuring thickness of parts
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the knowledge and experience necessary for the position.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Authorization to work in the United States. To conform to U.S. export control regulations, you should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
