Generac Power Systems Inc. is hiring a Painter I for weekend nights (Saturday-Monday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) in Oshkosh, WI. The role involves safely completing powder coat painting per established procedures, loading/unloading parts, and maintaining quality throughout the process.
The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years of experience, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a high-heat environment. Previous powder coat experience is preferred.

Painter - The Paint Hanger is expected to safely complete supervised powder coat paint established procedures, processes, or policies. Paint Hangers safely and efficiently load and unload raw parts from the paint line. Paint Hangers are expected to move efficiently and safely with the end result being a ready to use part or assembly.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
