Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years painting or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid NC driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces using power cleaning equipment and other methods.
• Apply paints, stains and sealers to interior/exterior surfaces.
• Matches paints using charts and color chips; mixes paints and stains.
• Repair plaster, sheetrock, drywall and move/alter walls as needed.
• Maintain and inventory tools and equipment quarterly.
