Job summary

You will meet production schedules while maintaining health and safety standards, clean and prepare valves, operate a blast cabinet and forklift as needed, and assist with related tasks under supervision.

• Put socket weld or buttweld covers on valves
• Prime valves and let dry
• Paint valves and let dry
• Remove all tape and blow off valves making sure they are free of dust and grit
• Clean lever and place valve on pallet
• May perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate supervisor
• Operate Forklift when needed
• Operate a blast cabinet for blasting small parts
