Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center is seeking a Painter & Finishes Tech for the 3rd shift. The role focuses on repairing walls, ceilings, and surfaces across the property, with preventive maintenance tasks and log-keeping as part of daily duties.

Ideal candidates have interior painting experience, patching and painting walls, and the ability to repair vinyl or tile surfaces. Training provided for building systems and maintenance request workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishes repairs and touch ups to surfaces throughout the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain logs in an organized manner.
• Identify problems, initiate work orders, and complete repairs related to their trade.
• Responsible for correct use of building systems (training provided).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace; manage inventory of tools.
• Work safely with PPE and follow safety protocols; use maintenance request system (training provided).
• Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed.
