Job description

Join to apply for the Painter Finisher 2nd shift role at Express Employment International.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM. Location: North Columbus.

Hourly pay: $24 per hour.

Role Overview

As an Experienced Industrial Painter/Finisher, you'll work with blueprints, shop orders, written procedures, and verbal instructions from a supervisor. The Painter Finisher must perform various duties based on departmental needs, including rigging large weldments safely with chains, shackles, hooks, and spreader bars to facilitate painting.

Equipment Used

• Overhead crane, Jib cranes
• Battery and gas-powered industrial trucks and hand trucks
• Abrasive sandblasting equipment
• Airless, conventional, plural component, and HVLP paint spraying systems
• Stud welding machines
• Air/electric powered man lift

Requirements for Consideration

• At least 3 months of related experience in industrial painting and finishing
• Over 1 year of recent experience operating equipment
• No felonies in the last 7 years
• Ability to provide 3 professional references
