Job summary

Batesville is seeking a Production Associate to assemble caskets and handle inventory with strict attention to safety and standard work procedures. You will join a dynamic team in a company recognized for leadership in the death care industry across North America.

You will build to safety/quality standards, communicate effectively, and work both independently and with others. Weekend/overtime and SOP adherence are required, with opportunities for development and advancement.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

How You’ll be Rewarded:

The expected pay for this role is $23.10 to $24.55 per hour with increases after 90 calendar days. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

  • Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
  • Dependable, honest, and quick learner, good communication skills and team player.
  • Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
