Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Restoration/Mitigation Technicians to join a growing team in Wauwatosa, WI. The role involves hands-on work in water damage restoration, mold remediation, demolition, and disaster recovery across residential and commercial properties.

You will set up and monitor drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and ensure safety and quality on site. Overtime and potential for growth with training and certifications are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, remediation, demolition, or construction.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional on-call schedules.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
