The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and capable of both on-road and shop work while reading blueprints, using basic hand tools, and maintaining painting equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a driver physical.
• Experience loading and securing materials for transport.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport and material handling: safely load, secure, and transport materials, equipment and finished products.
• Make local pickups and deliveries using company pickup truck or flatbed.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain delivery records and required documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.
• Industrial painting: prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
• Apply coatings using air-pressure spray guns and airless painting equipment.
• Read work instructions and drawings to identify surfaces requiring protection.
• Use jigs and fixtures when applicable.
• Maintain paint equipment, booths, and work areas.
• Monitor inventory of paint and related supplies.
• Assist with assembly and production tasks as needed.

This hands-on position combines local deliveries and material handling with industrial painting duties in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

Transportation & Material Handling

• Safely load, secure, and transport materials, equipment, and finished products.
