Refresh of Cleveland LLC is seeking an independent contractor painter for the Cleveland area. Earn $150–$300+ per day with weekly pay and no sales or customer hassle.

The role focuses on repainting vacant apartments with a streamlined workflow and a dependable, prideful approach to quality work. Responsibilities include inspecting work areas, performing drywall touch-ups, cutting and rolling walls and ceilings, painting trim and cabinets, and repainting units to Refresh standards.

Qualifications

• Inspect work areas, review scope, and request change orders when needed
• Minor drywall repair (patching holes, dents, imperfections)
• Cut and roll walls and ceilings
• Paint trim, doors, and frames
• Cabinet painting with proper prep and finish
• Repainting units to Refresh standards
• Color changes with proper coverage and prep
• Large drywall repair/replacement (a plus, not required)
