Job summary

Refresh is seeking a dependable painter for the Cleveland area as an independent contractor. You will handle painting tasks across vacant units, including walls, ceilings, trim and cabinetry, with a focus on clean, consistent work.

You’ll work independently with a predictable workflow and weekly direct-deposit payouts. Typical earnings range from $150 to $300+ per day based on speed, quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas, review scope, and request change orders when needed.
• Minor drywall repair (patching holes, dents, imperfections).
• Cut and roll walls and ceilings.
• Paint trim, doors, and frames.
• Cabinet painting with proper prep and finish.
• Repainting units to Refresh standards.
• Color changes with proper coverage and prep.
• Large drywall repair/replacement (a plus, not required).
