Job summary

CTL Aerospace, Inc. is hiring a Painter for our northern Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment, reading plans, preparing surfaces, masking parts, and operating the paint booth with HVLP spray equipment.

Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, perform cross-training, and work overtime as needed. CTL Aerospace provides a competitive pay rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to spray paint using an HVLP gun.
• Cross-training and overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing plans and follow your instructions.
• Prepare surfaces and mask parts as required.
• Operate paint booth and maintain proper ventilation and cleanliness.
• Mix paints and maintain documentation throughout the process.

Painter

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Painter at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

Job Requirements

• Read and understand manufacturing plans.
• Obtain appropriate materials per plan and maintain the documentation throughout the process.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools such as hand grinder, DA sander & HVLP spray gun.
• Have knowledge of Paint Mixing
• Paint Spray Gun Usage, Troubleshooting & Care
• Paint Surface Preparation
• Paint Booth Operation
• Ability to mask off parts using Painters tape.
