Job summary

CTL Aerospace is seeking a dedicated Painter for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will read manufacturing plans, mix and apply paints using HVLP spray equipment, and prep surfaces in a NADCAP-certified environment.

Responsibilities include masking parts, operating the paint booth, and maintaining documentation while meeting quality and safety standards. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and occasionally work overtime as business needs require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to Spray Paint using HVLP Gun.
• Must be able to cross train and work overtime as business needs require.

• Obtain appropriate materials per plan and maintain the documentation throughout the process.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools such as hand grinder, DA sander & HVLP spray gun.
• Have knowledge of Paint Mixing.
• Paint Spray Gun Usage, Troubleshooting & Care.
• Paint Surface Preparation.
• Paint Booth Operation.
• Mask off parts using Painter's tape.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Painter at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
